Help our family get a safe 4 door truck

We are a family of three with one child and another baby on the way. Our unborn baby has been diagnosed with a heart defect, which means frequent medical appointments and added care once they arrive. Right now, we only have a 2-door truck, and it simply isn’t safe or practical for transporting our children—especially with a medically fragile newborn. We’re doing everything we can, but upgrading to a reliable 4-door truck is a financial hurdle we can’t overcome alone.
